Employee Referral Program

Notice for all employees:

We offer an employee referral program to all of our employees who refer qualified applicants to our company to fill position openings. We post the positions we have open on the company bulletin board and web site, as openings become available.

Our goal is to reward our employees for taking the time to refer qualified people to us.

Referral Program Rules:

• Refer the candidate to hiring personnel for a specific position we currently have open...Refer someone who does not specifically fit any current opening, but you feel we might place them in the future (within 6 months). No reward will be due for this type of submittal after 6 months has elapsed from the date of referral.
• In order to collect the referral fee, your referral must be placed within six months and stay at the position for at least 120 days.

Definition of a Qualified Referral:

• A candidate who has not already been submitted to our office within the past 1 year
• The candidate must possess the minimum requirements as stated on the position opening posting.

The Employee Referral Program will pay the employee $150.00 for each qualified candidate for a position that is open within six months from the referral.

This Employee Referral Program is valid for two years from 2006 to 2008.
